DD-214 (Military Discharge) Request
The Fremont County Clerk and Recorder’s Office is proud to support our veterans by recording military discharge paperwork. This is done free of charge for all veterans that are preserving their DD-214’s. We will hold your record for permanent preservation and maintain the record as confidential.
